Setting up an account on DueDash is quick and easy. Use your official startup / investor email address and select the respective profile type. Whereas we allow for quick onboarding, we always recommend you to fill your data accurately as our algorithms will be better able to recommend your profile. Also, our digital assistant Tess will guide you with useful tips through the entire platform.
DueDash takes data security very seriously. Based out of Germany, we are complying to all GDPR standards and take further measures to keep all data secure and protected. On top, as a founder, you are in full control over your data when sharing it with investors, as you can provide and redeem access to your data room at any time and for any individual investor.
The current beta version of our DueDash Investor Relations platform is free of charge. We will soon implement a freemium, subscription-based model for both sides. Stay tuned for more to come.

We are currently in the process of onboarding a huge amount of investors into the platform, so stay excited.
Overall, our focus is not on the quantity of investors, but the quality of engagement for each startup. That’s why we verify each investor coming into our platform. We want to make sure that startups are able to find relevant investors, ones that do invest into your kind of startup based on sector, specialization, stage, cheque size or target location.
Once you fill your profile, we recommend your startup to investors across the world based on your current needs and at the same time allow you to search for new investors yourself. With our structured and secure data room, we have you fully prepared for the due diligence with any investor while you being in full control over your data. When setting up your Investor profile on DueDash, you can choose between an Angel profile and a Fund/Angel group profile. Select the Angel profile if you are majorly investing as an individual to increase and manage your deal flow and portfolio. We will help you invest directly or as part of a syndicate.
Similarly, choose the Fund / Angel group profile if you are representing any funding organization like VC, CVC, Family office, Angel group, Limited partner, Incubator, Accelerator, or Grant program. Set up your investing preferences, connect with startups, constantly receive their updates, manage your pipeline and request further data room access as you progress in your due diligence. With a Fund profile, you can also invite team members to collaborate on deals to leave ratings and generate your Monday morning report.
